Our Aging Powerfully Challenge is a 4-week small group program that helps you regain strength, energy, and confidence. Through expert guidance, personalized nutrition support, and a variety of targeted workouts - all within a supportive community - you’ll learn how to thrive now and in the years ahead. Each week combines a workshop with a different style of workout designed specifically for women over 40, plus guidance on modifying exercises to fit your abilities. Get ready to become strong, confident, and empowered!

Week 1: Understanding perimenopause and post-menopause + strength training (SIT)

Week 2: Why the right exercise matters over 40 + HIIT workout   

Week 3: Best foods to fuel your body + strength training

Week 4: How to improve sleep and manage stress + SIT training
