SILVER SNEAKERS + SILVER & FIT (65 YR OLDS+): FREE

SilverSneakers and Silver&Fit cover fitness center costs for 65 yr olds+ through arrangements with certain health care plans. GENTLE YOGA

This class is perfect for Seniors or for those new to yoga. Join us to improve your balance, stability, flexibility, strength, stamina, and posture... all of which will ensure you're able to maintain your independence and a wide variety of activities as you age!

MIDDAY MOVERS H20

Designed to strengthen and tone muscles while also providing a gentle cardiovascular workout.

SENIOR POWER

This is fun, quick-paced senior workout that engages each of your muscle groups. Participants will improve muscle strength, range of motion and balance, helping you unleash your Senior Power! This class is designed for all fitness levels.

SENIOR STRONG & BALANCED

A class designed to build bone strength and enhance muscular strength and endurance, which is the ability to repeat a movement.

SUNRISE STRETCH & STRIDE H20

This class is designed to strengthen and tone your muscles, while also increasing your flexibility, balance and coordination

ZUMBA GOLD

This class is great for active older adults looking for a modified Zumba class at a lower intensity that introduces easy-to-follow choreography with a focus on balance, range of motion, and coordination.
