CLASS RESERVATION information

  • Online Only: Reserving a spot in a fitness class may only be done online

  • Is a Reservation Required? No, but it is recommended if you want to guarantee your spot in a class that may fill up

  • 24 Hours in Advance: Reservations open 24 hours prior to the start of any class

  • No-Show/Cancelation: If you reserved a spot in a fitness class but no longer can attend, call our front desk (616-748-3230) or stop in our office to remove yourself from the class; If you reserve a spot for a class, your spot is reserved up to five minutes after the class has started; If you're more than five minutes late and/or don't show up, you'll be considered a “no show”, your account will be charged $8 and your spot may be given to someone else

AQUA MIX 

12 Yr Olds-Adults

A medium intensity deep water workout that combines cardio, core, and strength training. This class will incorporate interval training, resistance equipment, and suspended movements all designed to burn fat, increase cardiovascular fitness, and muscle tone.

BOOTCAMP

12 Yr Olds-Adults

Bootcamp is a fun way to get your heart rate up while incorporating strength training. We utilize timed intervals while rotating to each body part to get a full body burn. By using cardio and resistance training, we maximize your time! Our instructor ensures that you are provided modifications as needed, so Bootcamp is for all levels!

CARDIO DANCE GOLD

A combo of dance choreography and cardio exercises set to different tempos of music. You’ll have fun movin’ and groovin’ while improving your cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, coordination, and muscle memory! You don’t have to be a dancer to enjoy moving to the beat-this class is for all levels!

CARDIO DRUMMING

One doesn’t need to be a drummer to get a cardio workout while having fun with music! In addition to aerobic exercise, Cardio Drumming also helps with motor movement and coordination. You do this class while sitting or go for a challenge with some of the standing moves. Join us for a workout with a great playlist!

CARDIO SCULPT

A circuit style class that combines cardio, strength and core training into a fun full body workout. Each workout includes HIIT (high intensity interval training), strength training and powerful pilates moves to burn calories. Tone and build muscle all while improving flexibility, balance, and core strength.

CYCLE60 

12 Yr Olds-Adults

Cycle 60 is a spin class that ensures you get the best ride! You will get your heart rate up with resistance and speed while jamming to an awesome playlist. You will not just "ride" you will go through jumps and hovers for a fun motivating challenge. This full body workout will definitely be one to remember!

FIRM H2O

Each class includes 30-minutes of shallow water high intensity interval training, followed by 30-minutes of strength and endurance training throughout the pool for an energizing total body workout.

HIIT

Time to wake up those muscles, pump out those endorphins, elevate your mood, and reduce stress with high intensity interval training. HIIT is designed to maximize the calorie burn by utilizing calisthenic exercises in short, intense bursts. This builds muscle strength and improves functional movement. No matter your starting strength level, you will be able to build with each workout!

SCULPT X

In each 45 minute class, we will use a variety of weights, resistance bands and other fun tools to meet our individual fitness needs and accomplish our health goals! All experience and fitness levels are welcome to join this total body workout class!

WORKOUT WARRIOR HIIT

Warrior HIIT focuses on strength training by utilizing short, but intense bursts of movement to target every muscle group in the body. You will feel the burn as you increase your metabolism and energy levels while giving a power boost to your muscles! This class focuses especially on functional fitness which improves your ability to do everyday tasks. Build muscle and build friendships in this class!

YOGA - CLASSICAL LEVEL 1

This is the perfect class for those new to yoga! Join us to develop muscle strength/tone, improve balance/posture, increase flexibility, reduce injuries and to feel GREAT! This beginner level class is taught in the Iyengar Method, which focuses on accessibility for all ages and body types.

YOGA - CLASSICAL LEVEL 2

Classical yoga for the more experienced yoga student, taught by a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher.  Emphasis is on increasing endurance and fine-tuning individual needs and actions. A wider variety of poses are studied more deeply and more complicated poses are introduced, continuing to develop strength, stamina, balance, posture and flexibility. Inversions are practiced regularly, as are backbends. Students are encouraged to attend the Classical Yoga Level 1 class before joining Level 2, so the instructor can recommend the best class for you.

Hard work gives way to rest and restoration, leaving you energized and calm for a stronger, more balanced you. Power Yoga is a fast-paced vinyasa (flow) class suited for those with no current physical pains (specifically neck, shoulders, back, wrists and elbows) and in overall general good health.

YOGA - RELAX

The sound bath at the end of the class allows you to reduce stress, clear energetic and emotional blocks, improve mood, increase awareness, reduce pain, and boost your health.
