Lap Swim Reservations

Please note that both Zeeland Recreation pools will be closed Monday, July 27 through Saturday, August 8 for our annual maintenance and deep cleaning. This scheduled closure allows us to complete important facility improvements and ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable experience for all participants.

While the pools are closed, we invite you to stay active by checking out our Dry Week Fitness Calendar, featuring a variety of land-based fitness classes and activities available throughout the closure.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we complete this work. The pools will reopen on Monday, August 10. Thank you for your continued support!


lap swim RESERVATION policies

  • When Reservations Open: The reservation window opens at 2:00 PM on Sunday for all time slots for the upcoming week.

  • Online Only: If you wish to reserve a lap swim time slot(s), it must be done online. Reservations via phone or in person will not be accepted. 

  • Is a Reservation Required? Reservations are not required, but strongly encouraged for time slots that may fill up in advance.

  • Cancellation & No-Show Policies: 

    • If you reserve a spot but can no longer attend, cancellations must be done online prior to the start of the time slot. Cancellations via phone or in person will not be accepted.

    • Your reserved spot will be held until five (5) minutes after the start time. If you arrive more than five (5) minutes late or do not show up, you will be marked a "no-show", charged $8, and your spot may be released to someone on the waitlist. 

HOW TO RESERVE a spot in lap swim 

Know Your Username & Password? 

  1. Select the time slot(s) you wish to attend via the drop down menu further down this page
  2. On the calendar, click the time slots(s) you wish to attend
  3. Select Add to Cart
  4. Sign in using your username and password
  5. Review the contents of your cart. If you're reserving a spot in more than time slot, click Continue Shopping. Otherwise, proceed to Check Out
  6. Enter your payment information (if applicable), then click Continue
  7. A confirmation number will pop up on your screen and you'll receive a receipt via email. Scan in at the Rec Center front desk when you arrive and you're all set!

  • Patron with Zeeland Rec, But Never Logged in and/or Forgot Your Info? 
    • Reset your password using your email HERE
    • Recover your username by entering your email HERE

HOW TO CANCEL A SPOT IN lap swim

  • Sign into your account HERE
  • Click the Down Arrow in the top right corner next to Household Name
  • Under My Account, select Cancellations
  • Find class you wish to cancel. Click Cancel Item next to it
  • Go to Check Out to confirm and complete the cancellation
