Personal Training
Working with a personal trainer gives you a fitness program built just for you—rooted in your individual goals, strengths, limitations, and lifestyle—so every session brings effective progress without guesswork or overtraining. As you train, you’ll learn how to perform exercises correctly, which builds both confidence to move independently in workouts moving forward. Plus, your trainer offers nutrition and lifestyle coaching tailored to help you stay on course—small, sustainable habits around food, sleep, hydration, and recovery that reinforce your fitness journey. Having a dedicated partner in your corner—who holds you accountable, tracks your progress, celebrates your wins, and keeps you motivated—is the kind of commitment that helps turn goals into results. erica boerman
Erica’s fitness journey began on the sidewalks, pushing a jogger stroller while training for a marathon and a triathlon—often with her kids in tow. That worked well… until the youngest started stuffing Craisins up his nose mid-run. That’s when she realized it was time to mix things up! Now, as a certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor through the American Council on Exercise, Erica is passionate about showing others that the gym doesn’t have to be an intimidating place. It can be where you find confidence, connection, and the kind of mental and physical strength that carries into every area of life. She’s not one for coddling, but she is all about encouragement, accountability, and helping you discover just how strong (and capable) you really are. At the same time, Erica brings a supportive and friendly energy to every session—making the hard work feel just a little more enjoyable.
