SWIFTIES NIGHT

16 Yrs-Adults

The Eras tour may be over, but it would be a “Cruel Summer” if we did not make the whole place shimmer and “Shake It Off” together. Put on your red lip and come sing along and learn some fun Swiftie dance choreography. No dance experience needed and dressing up is encouraged, but not required! Grab your friends and come for fun!

Grab your flares, layer those lace tanks, pop those collars and get your cucumber melon scented apple bottom to the dance floor. This fun dance class will center around the best moves from the early aughts, finishing off the night with a choreographed dance number. It’s bound to be a great time, fo’ shizzle! No dance experience needed and dressing up is encouraged, but not required! Grab your friends and come for a fun!

This beginner level ballroom class is perfect for a newly engaged couple, those needing a date night out, or anyone wanting to learn a new skill with a friend. We are excited to walk you through various ballroom styles during this 4-week class. Participants should enroll as a couple.

Adult ballet - beginning

18 Yr Olds+

Gather your friends and step into an introductory ballet class that focuses on the fundamentals of ballet movement. We begin each session with gentle floor-barre, easing into alignment, strength, and posture work from the very start. Then, we transition to standing barre and progress to center-floor exercises, combining graceful arm movements, balance challenges, and dynamic traveling steps across the floor. You’ll build solid foundational technique while enjoying a full-body workout in a fun, welcoming environment. Perfect for developing dance skills, boosting fitness, and fun!

We’ll begin with floor barre… a refined, low-impact technique that strengthens alignment and support, before progressing to traditional barre, center work, and across-the-floor combinations. This thoughtfully sequenced format builds strength, flexibility, and classical technique in a supportive, welcoming environment. Whether you’ve danced recently or are reawakening your practice, this class is the perfect way to refine your skills and rediscover the joy of ballet.
