Rec Pools Closure: July 28-Aug 9
Zeeland Recreation Pools will be closed for annual maintenance from Monday, July 28 through Saturday, August 9. During this time, many aquatics programs will be relocated to the Zeeland West High School Natatorium. However, both the ZRec Pools and the ZW Natatorium will be closed on Mon, July 28. ZW Natatorium aquatics calendars begin on Tue, Aug 29. You'll find the detailed calendar for July 29–August 9 below, along with all other summer aquatics schedules. We appreciate your flexibility!

If you reserved a spot in a fitness class but no longer can attend, call our front desk (616-748-3230) or stop in our office to remove yourself from the class

If you reserve a spot for a class, your spot is reserved up to five minutes after the class has started

If you're more than five minutes late and/or don't show up, you'll be considered a “no show”, your account will be charged $8 and your spot may be given to someone else

AQUA COMBAT
12 Yr Olds-Adults
Join us to burn calories and tone your muscles! Aqua Combat incorporates kickboxing-style combinations with cardio "spikes," performed in water at chest or armpit depth. The workout is set to music for energy and rhythm, though participants move at their own pace. Intensity can be adjusted with modifications of movements, making it adaptable for all different fitness levels.

Our mobility class is designed to improve your range of motion, flexibility, and balance through exercises that strengthen and lengthen your body. Exercises can include a variety of movements and techniques, such as dynamic stretching, bodyweight exercises, elements of yoga/pilates and more!. Mobility classes are a fun way to explore how well your body is moving and can be taken as an active recovery on non-training days or as a low-intensity exercise class.

Total Body Strength is a full-body workout designed to target all the major muscle groups in both your upper and lower body. This class includes focused exercises for your core, strengthening your abs and back for better stability. TBS is not only great for building strength but also boosting confidence, helping you feel stronger and more capable in your everyday activities.

This class also prepares some participants for the more advanced level two class.
