26-27 Careerline Tech Center applications are now being accepted!  Any current 10th or 11th grade student who desires to apply for a CTC program must complete an online application, print it, and return it to the counseling office by 3:00 p.m. on FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 13.  Additional important details as well as the link to the application can be found HERE. 

The Holland/Zeeland Community Foundation is seeking two qualified candidates from 9th and/or 10th grade at Zeeland East to join its Youth Advisory Committee (YAC). This is a group of local high school students who are responsible for reviewing funding requests and recommending grants for programs that benefit area youth. Interested students can apply HERE by March 30. 

Hope College’s Rise Academy is offering current 9th grade students the opportunity to participate in a free after school program (transportation provided) that offers homework help, extended learning, a supportive community, and engaging experiences. More information is available on their website and students can register through the link in this flyer.

The 2nd semester schedule change window runs from 8:00 a.m. on 1/12 to 3:00 p.m. on 1/22.  All schedule change requests must be submitted through a form that will be linked in the Counseling Office Google Classroom.  Students are limited to one request.  More specific details will be communicated via GC.  Please do not email your counselor to request a schedule change.  Thank you.

The counseling office will host a Careerline Tech Center info meeting during Advisory on Friday, January 9 in the DeWitt Auditorium at Zeeland East. This meeting is open to current 10th and 11th graders only. Students interested in learning more about CTC and the process for applying to their programs for next year must complete this registration form by Thursday, January 8 at noon. Only students who register will be allowed to attend. Please contact your counselor if you have any questions. PLEASE NOTE: This meeting and application process are not intended for juniors who are currently at CTC and desire to return next year. The intent to return process is handled directly by CTC.
