** Attention track students there will be an informational meeting for you at 7:15am in the Quack Shack on Friday (3/13) This Morning!


  **Any 8th grade who plans to tryout for boys basketball at Zeeland West next year needs to attend a short informational meeting next Thursday, March 19 at 7:15 a.m. in Mr. Hondorp's room.  During this meeting Coach Stevens and Coach Klyn will share important dates and the summer schedule for incoming freshmen.  


**Students who need a sports physical can get one for only $20!

**Attention CMS Players! This Spring, we will be presenting a production of The Diary of Anne Frank. Audition workshop will be on Wednesday, March 18 from 2:45-3:30 in the Cityside choir room and auditions will be on Thursday, March 19 from 2:45-6pm in the auditorium. **Air Jam is coming!

What:  Air Jam is our annual school wide Talent Show (Creekside's Got Talent)

Where: In our main gym

When:  Friday, March 13 (half day)


** Students please check your email throughout the day for messages from the office. If your parent drops something off or leaves a message with the office this is how it will be communicated to you.    


**Reminder for Lunch Room Procedures:  

- Priority is to get food, sit, and eat.

- Then you can choose to walk around the loop in the building, go to the gym for the designated activities, and/or stay sitting down to socialize.

-Students, please remember that the commons/open area/hallways are not to be used as an alternative to locker storage anytime, or during lunch time. Please bring your items to your lunch tables with you, or store the items in your locker. Everyone has a locker and is expected to use it.  

-Attention all students during lunch it is very important that you take your lunch boxes/bags with you after you are done eating at noon. Please check the back counters in the lunch room for yours if you forget it.   We will only keep them for a short period of time before they are dumped.

**Non-School Lunch Items: Outside food is only allowed in the lunchroom if you are bringing lunch for your student ONLY.

The office conference rooms are no longer available for groups lunches with friends.

**Take note....Creekside opens its doors to students at 7:05a.m.. After school, students not with a teacher or coach, need to exit the building by 3:00p.m..

** Attendance #748-3310 PLEASE CALL BY 9:00A.M. TO EXCUSE YOUR STUDENT.

**After School Homework Time will be after school Monday through Thursday from 2:30 - 3:30. National Honor Society High Students are available to offer additional help for our middle school students. 


**Want to keep your house clear of clutter and plastic recycled?

Send any used or unwanted ink or toner cartridges to Creekside to Mrs. Walcott's room.  Staples gives $2 back in rewards for each cartridge brought in for recycling.  Yes, there is a limit and minimum purchase required.

**Paper Gator Recycling:

What?  Please bring in your newspapers, catalogs/magazines/junk mail/phone books/office-school paper, paperboard.  We cannot take plastic, metal, trash, glass, or cardboard.  

Where?  In the back of Creekside  (Look for “Paper Gator” on the bin)

When? 24-7(drop off anytime)  


What will the paper become?  The paper will be shredded and processed into hydro-seeding mulch, lawn establishment products, lawn repair products, cat litter, dog litter or small animal bedding. Help us become a greener world!!!! Recycle!!!
