CITYSIDE FALL SPORTS
2025/2026 Fall Season:
REMINDERs:
- Student athletes must be signed up in Final Forms to tryout or participate in any sports.
- Student athletes MUST have a current physical dated AFTER 04/15/25 on file. Physicals may be uploaded into the student's Final Forms record (PDF preferred), dropped off at Cityside to the attention of Tammy Nelson, or emailed to Tammy Nelson at: tnelson@zps.org
- If student's are not able to login to sign their student forms, they will still be allowed to tryout/practice for their sport as long as the parent forms are signed, the physical is on file, and the fee is paid. Mrs. Nelson will reach out to those students whose student forms are not signed at the start of school to get them signed and completed.
7/8 FOOTBALL - FOOTBALL SCHEDULE

Football is open to boys and girls in grades 7th-8th. The first practice will be held August 18 from 6:00-8:30 on the grass practice field next to the stadium. Once school starts, practices will take place directly after school at the High School Stadium practice fields. During the school year, athletes will ride the buses to the high school and walk to football fields for practice.
- EQUIPMENT FOR FOOTBALL:
Please track down all the equipment needed for the up and coming season
7th Grade : White Helmet, Shoulder pads, Lower pads (either build into pants or girdle), Cleats, BLACK PANTS ONLY, White socks
8th Grade: White Helmet, Shoulder pads, Lower pads (either build into pants or girdle), Cleats, BLACK AND WHITE PANTS, White socks
** If your helmet has a Chix & Cross Decal leave it on. All other decals can be taken off.
6/7/8 BOYS & GIRLS CROSS COUNTRY - XC SCHEDULE

Cross Country is open to boys and girls in grades 6th-8th. The first practice will be held August 18 from 8:00-9:30; meet at the main entrance at Cityside. Once school starts, practices will take place directly after school at Cityside.

Boys Tennis is open to boys in grades 6-8. The first practice will be held starting TBA. Practices will take place directly after school at the Creekside tennis courts. Athletes will ride the buses to the high school and walk to the tennis courts behind Creekside for practice.
