SILVER SNEAKERS + SILVER & FIT (65 YR OLDS+): FREE

SENIOR FITNESS CLASSES

GENTLE YOGA

Gentle yoga focuses on alignment through basic and restorative yoga poses. Poses are introduced with progressive instructions to help you develop your strength, stamina, balance, posture and flexibility. Poses are taught with modifications and props for accommodations. Perfect for those new to yoga or who prefer a slower-paced, supported class.

MIDDAY MOVERS

Midday Movers is designed to strengthen and tone muscles and give participants a gentle cardiovascular workout. Great music, good friends, and lots of enthusiasm is what you will find when you participate in this exercise class!

SENIOR STRONG & BALANCED

This class is designed to improve balance, strength, flexibility, endurance, breathing, and reduce anxiety.

SUNRISE STRETCH & STRIDE

Sunrise Stretch & Stride is designed to strengthen and tone muscles as well as increase flexibility, balance and coordination to carry out daily tasks more efficiently. A great class for those who experience pain associated with arthritis, fibromyalgia, lupus or other joint and muscle conditions.

ZUMBA GOLD

Designed for active older adults, this class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba® choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion, coordination and all elements of fitness (cardio, muscular conditioning, flexibility, and balance)!
