Lap Swimming is an excellent cardio and muscular workout that helps prevent injuries and stress on bones and joints!

  • COVID-19 Lap Swim Procedures:
    • Max of Two (2) Swimmers Per Lane: To ensure social distancing, a max of two swimmers per lane are allowed
    • Pre-Registration Required: To ensure there are only two swimmers per lane, patrons must pre-register for a lane by calling 748-3230 or in person at our front desk. Registration opens each Wednesday at 5am for the next week 7
    • 30-Min & 60-Min Time Slots: To ensure all get access each day, swimmers can choose between a 30-min or 60-min time slot p/visit
    • Max of Six (6) Visits Per Week: To ensure all get access each week, all are limited to six lap swims per week
    • Staggered Check-In Times: Check-in + start times will be staggered to limit patrons in lobby and locker rooms
    • Opposite Ends: Swimmers will be required to start, rest, and end at the opposite ends of the lane

13 Yr Olds - Adults

Water Fitness is open pool time for participants to lead themselves through any aquatics workout of their choice (treading water, water walking, aquatics weight workouts, etc). It's an excellent cardio and muscular workout that helps prevent injuries and stress on bones and joints!
