Lap Swimming is an excellent cardio and muscular workout while also preventing stress on bones and joints!

  • Mon-Fri: 5am-7am | 11am-1pm | 5:30-7:30pm
  • Saturday: 7:30-10:30am | 1:30-3:30pm

  • COVID-19 Lap Swim Procedures:
    • Max of Two (2) Swimmers Per Lane
    • Patrons must pre-register for a lane by calling 748-3230 or in person at our front desk. Registration opens each Wednesday at 5am for the next week 7
    • Swimmers can choose between a 30-min or 60-min time slot p/visit
    • Max of Six (6) Visits Per Week
    • Staggered Check-In Times
    • Swimmers must start, rest, and end at the opposite ends of the lane

13 Yr Olds - Adults

Water Fitness is open pool time for individuals to tread water, water walk, do an aquatics weight workouts + more! It's an excellent cardio and muscular workout without putting stress on bones and joints!
