This is an above the belt workout focused on the abdominal, back and arms!

A combination class with elements of cardio and strength training for a total body conditioning experience. And let’s not forget the core work and stretching that will be included using your own body weight for resistance.

Circuit training offers a variety of movement patterns, high intensity intervals and Tabata-style training to give you a full body workout with none of the boredom (Tabata-style: eights rounds of 20 seconds of work at maximum effort, followed by 10 seconds of rest). This fast-paced class incorporates both cardio and strength training to boost your metabolism and mood and help you tackle those trouble spots.

This beginner yoga class focuses on alignment in basic yoga poses. Poses are introduced with progressive instructions to help you develop your strength, stamina, balance, posture and flexibility. It's perfect for those new to yoga or new to the Iyengar Method, which is form of yoga focused on the structural alignment of the body through precision, sequence and use of props. No experience necessary. If you are unsure between level 1 and 2, attend level 1 and talk with Deb about the class that is best for you.

Classical yoga is for the more experienced yoga students. Emphasis will be on increasing endurance and refining individual corrections. A wider varieties of poses are studied more deeply, along with more complicated poses being introduced (inversions and backbends are practiced regularly). Students are encouraged to attend our level 1 class before joining level 2 class so our instructor can recommend the class that is best for you.

Combat is a multi level, full-body cardio and toning workout inspired by mixed martial arts that draws from a wide variety of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, MMA, and muay thai.

Gentle yoga focuses on alignment through basic and restorative yoga poses. Poses are introduced with progressive instructions to help you develop your strength, stamina, balance, posture and flexibility. Poses are taught with modifications and props for accommodations. Perfect for those new to yoga or who prefer a slower-paced, supported class.

A powerful mat/barre Pilates and basic yoga class for all fitness levels. This is a non-impact class that has been designed to strengthen the core and improve posture and balance. This class also builds strength and flexibility to streamline your physique.

This class is designed to improve balance, strength, flexibility, endurance, breathing, and reduce anxiety.

Spin class burns serious calories and offers an awesome aerobic workout. Motivating music plays as you are talked through a visualization of an outdoor cycling workout.

Want to take your fitness level to the next level? This class is for you! A high intensity interval training (HIIT) class workout unlike any other you’ve experienced! Each interval segment has been reverse engineered so that the beats in the song match every move, driving the intensity in a challenging progression that provides a total body workout. This class will help you reach your fitness goals faster. Using your own body weight, you will gain muscular endurance, tone, and definition, and you will experience an increased after burn.

Get ready to sweat it out while taking on a new challenge each week as you combine cardio, core and strength all in one during this intermediate to advanced high intensity conditioning class.

Yoga in the Park (free)

Join us for yoga classes in the park! Children of all ages are welcome to the "Families" section at 11am. Adults only at 12pm. No yoga experience is necessary, and there is something for everyone. Please bring your own mat or a towel (classes may be cancelled due to inclement weather)

This combo class allows you to gain the benefits of a yoga class with core-strengthening moves that slims the body. The philosophies of both make fusing the two very natural.

A high energy and fun fitness workout using Latin inspired music and dance movement designed to tone and sculpt your entire body. Come join the party!

Designed for active older adults, this class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba® choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion, coordination and all elements of fitness (cardio, muscular conditioning, flexibility, and balance)!
