FITNESS CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
CLASSICAL YOGA - LEVEL 1
A beginner yoga class that focuses on alignment to help develop strength, stamina, balance and flexibility!

- Time: 6:30-7:30pm
- Location: Cityside MS, Performing Arts Room
CLASSICAL YOGA - LEVEL 2
For experienced students. A wider variety of poses will be studied more deeply and more complicated poses will be introduced.

GENTLE YOGA

A fitness class that focuses on alignment through basic and restorative yoga poses. Poses taught with modifications to accommodate students’ needs. Great for those new to yoga or those who prefer a slower-paced class.

GROUP CIRCUIT TRAINING
This dynamic 8-class circuit-style training program focuses on individual progression from week to week with an ever-changing workout designed to get results! Through a variety of exercise, you can expect to see increased upper and lower body strength, along with improved core strength, flexibility and balance.
