Purchasing

We handle all purchases of hardware and software.  This allows us to maintain an accurate inventory, reduce un-needed purchases, and get education pricing.  Please follow this process for purchases:

  1. Submit purchase request to the Technology Director via email or the technology online work system (http://whd.zps.org).
  2. Technology Director reviews request and seeks any additional clarification.
  3. Request is approved or denied.
  4. Purchase is made using appropriate budget.
  5. Software/hardware is received, inventoried, and delivered.
