Our 94-square-mile school district is served by 43 buses on 175 routes. Our buses transport 4,000 public and Christian school students each morning and afternoon. The average bus ride for students is approximately 10 miles (35 minutes).
RULES OF THE ROAD FOR OUR RIDERS:
1. Be at your stop five minutes before the bus is scheduled to arrive.
2. Stay off the road at all times while waiting for the bus.
3. Do not fight or play rough at the bus stop.
4. Watch for cars at all times.
5. Do not walk toward the bus until the driver has raised the smiley-faced Paddy signal. Then, look both ways.
6. Remain seated on the bus at all times.
7. Discipline rules that apply in the classroom apply on the bus.
8. Riders must have a backpack for their lunch, books, papers, etc.
9. Skateboards, ice skates, skis, sharp objects and live animals are
