Simon Dice!

One of the most animated stations had Spanish teacher Ben Ashby playing Simon Dice (Simon Says) with parents and students.  Throughout the two hour event, a Mariachi singer serenaded the participants and a $1-per-item food cart selling Mexican favorites was parked outside Roosevelt Elementary, attracting a line of customers.
