How will the high school cafeterias be transformed?

Summary of this video:

Cafeterias at both high schools will each be expanded by 3,600 feet.
The cafeterias will be used throughout the day for group learning and student projects.
By transforming the cafeterias, we do not have to add on more expensive classroom wings to the buildings.
