High School Job Fair

 On Thursday March 15 Zeeland West High School will be hosting our annual student job fair.  Over 40 local businesses will be here  to talk with students about current employment opportunities for: part time after school jobs; full time and part time summer work; volunteer opportunities in our community; and full time career opportunities for 2012 seniors.  Students are encouraged to bring a resume that highlights any past employment and/or volunteer work they have done, dress for an interview situation (no jeans and tee shirts please) and be ready for short on the spot interviews.   There will be a large variety of employers looking to hire current 9th, 10th and 11th graders and a group of firms looking for current seniors who are interested in full time after graduation work or full time summer employment before heading off to college.  

Many local businesses have to come depend on the Zeeland Job Fair as the place to hire all their summer help.   There are employers representing the fast food, retail, landscaping, entertainment, child care, grocery,engineering, tourism, and manufacturing industries; there is something for everyone.
